Brent oil price in London up, WTI in New York down.

Crude oil futures in London settled marginally higher on Wednesday, but WTI in New York fell 32 cents per barrel.

Brent for September delivery rose 14 cents to $112,14 mainly supported by concern that tension in the Middle East will disrupt global supplies.

-Thursday morning GMT, crude futures opens higher on speculation that China will take more steps to boost the economy. China’s inflation eased for the fourth straight month in July, providing more room for policies to stimulate growth. September Brent is trading up 20 cents per barrel, Norwegian Oil Trading writes.

Expected priceband Thursday ( Brent 1. pos. ) 111,50—114,00 usd/bbl.
